Shipping Policy
We provide FREE STANDARD FedEx Shipping for all orders to the 48 contiguous United States. No minimum order required, no hidden shipping fees.
1. Order Processing Time
All lithium battery orders will be professionally inspected, packaged and processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmed.
No shipping on weekends and US federal holidays. You will receive email tracking notice once your package is dispatched by FedEx.
2. Delivery Coverage & Exclusions
Free FedEx shipping applies only to mainland 48 states.
We do NOT provide free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, all US islands, remote rural areas and overseas territories. Extra remote surcharges will apply to these locations.
3. FedEx Shipping & Tracking
All packages are delivered by official FedEx US.

Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days after FedEx pickup.
Delivery delays may occur due to holiday peaks, extreme weather or carrier schedule adjustments.
4. Lithium Battery Special Rules
All battery products fully comply with US DOT hazardous goods & FedEx lithium transport standards + UN38.3 certification.
Due to dangerous goods limits, single package has fixed battery capacity & quantity restrictions. We will arrange free split FedEx shipping if your order exceeds limits.
5. Address Responsibility
You must provide accurate valid receiving address.
We are not responsible for extra fees, reship cost or loss caused by wrong/incomplete address. Packages returned due to incorrect address require buyer to bear return freight.
6. Lost & Damaged Packages
If package lost, damaged or severely overdue, contact us within 7 days.
We will cooperate with FedEx to arrange free reship or full refund immediately.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, logistics policy changes, customs issues and other uncontrollable events.
