Charging and Battery Life

Use the charger specified for your exact model and follow its manual. Charging time, cycle life, storage requirements and permitted charging temperatures depend on the model and operating conditions. See the product specifications rather than applying a single value to all batteries.

Installation

Do not assume that every battery is a direct replacement for every lead-acid system. Confirm system voltage, controller compatibility, mounting space and terminals before purchase. Ask a qualified installer if you need assistance.

Warranty and Returns

Products purchased from this store are covered by our 5-Year Product Quality Warranty, starting on receipt. Covered quality problems qualify for free replacement in the first year and free repair after the first year through year five. Read the policy for coverage and service instructions.

The warranty is separate from our 30-day Returns and Refunds Policy. Contact support for authorization and shipping instructions before returning a battery.
