Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Returns are subject to conditions: your item must be in the same condition as it was received, unused, with all original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, a return shipping label will be sent to you, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept items returned directly to us without a return request.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as customized products (special order or personalized items) and personal care products. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gaseous products. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

We are sorry, but we do not accept returns of promotional products or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return it and purchase a new item separately if the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if an item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return it within 14 days without a reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, unused, with all original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned merchandise, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need time to process and post the refund.
