5-Year Product Quality Warranty

Blwny is operated by Hong Kong Hanting Trading Co., Limited. We provide a five-year product quality warranty for all products purchased from our store, starting on the date the customer receives the product.

Coverage

This warranty covers product quality problems for all products sold by our store. Contact our support team if you believe your product has a quality issue. We will assess the issue and arrange the applicable warranty service.

First Year: Free Replacement

For covered product quality problems during the first year from receipt, we provide a replacement product free of charge.

After the First Year Through Year Five: Free Repair

For covered product quality problems after the first year and before the five-year warranty expires, we provide repair service free of charge.

Warranty Shipping Costs

We cover the shipping costs required for authorized warranty service, including the return shipment and shipment of the repaired or replacement product. Contact us before booking or paying for transport so that we can arrange the appropriate shipping method.

How to Request Warranty Service

Email blwnykj@gmail.com with your order number or proof of purchase, product model, date of receipt, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos. Include the serial number if available. We will explain the next steps and provide any required return authorization and shipping instructions.

Lithium Battery Returns

Lithium batteries are subject to transport restrictions. Do not send a battery back without contacting us first and following the product-specific packaging, carrier and transport instructions we provide. If the battery is damaged, swollen, leaking, overheating, defective or recalled, tell us before arranging shipment so that appropriate handling can be assessed.

Warranty and Returns

This five-year warranty is separate from our 30-day returns and refunds policy. Our Hong Kong registered office is not a return shipping address. Use only the return details and reference supplied by our support team for your authorized warranty case.

Your Legal Rights

This warranty does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
